Yes I sure do it really hurts me bad to know just how people fill about me and think about when I try to do all I can to help them out I do not believe that there is no reason to be treated like this in the long run when I have done nothing to be treated like this ok

Yes I do,and in my job it happens everyday.People are so rude and impatient and think they can speak to you in any manner they like....well from now on,if I get a rude person on the phone,I shall return their rudeness which will shock them....perhaps then they will realise we are not paid to sit here and take their verbal abuse.
