Kikkomans. right next to the cooking sherry. Equal parts and you got a fantastic wing marinade!!!!!!!!!I think its the only thing I use it for!  I also keep the little packets that you get when you order chinese in the fridge so that the next time i order I can use the cold ones and put the ones warmed by travelling with dinner in the fridge to use the next time I order!

Soy sauce can be used in anything, I use them in my grandma's old italian meat ball recipe.

I have a huge bottle of marca pina soy sauce along side a huge bottle of vinegar in the cabinet.. As well as some oyster sauce in the fridge.. and probably some sweet soy sauce somewhere.

Yes, we have one bottle. Plus a big can in the fridge and a huge thing of Rice Vinegar and a bottle of it. My mom cooks Asian food all of the time, because she grew up in Japan for 20 years, although she isn't Asian

Yes. Two. One dark and one light. Dark soy sauce is mainly used for cooking, as its flavour develops with heating. Light soy sauce is mainly used for seasoning.
