  1. I like http://www.wholesalesuppliesplus.com/

I have been ordering from them for over 7 years now. They have a little bit of everything. You can get better prices at other place if you buy in buck but to get started they have everything you at great prices.

I purchase my oils from http://soaperschoice.com/ now because i do alot of soaping now. Their prices are great however you need to order oils in bulk. (sometimes up to 50 lbs each oil)

If you have any more questions email me. I might be able to help

  2. There are so many great places to get supplies for making soaps and bath & body care products.

I've put together a web page that lists all sorts of suppliers for the United States, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, New Zealand and Portugal.

Here is a great link for getting recommendations about scent suppliers. You'll need to join first but there is lots of feedback on different scents...like how each reacts in soap making, etc.

Its called the Soap Scent Review Board

  3. Ms Crone, I tend to use comercial herbs as a LAST resort. I would much rather locate and harvest my herbs from the wild in places that I KNOW have not been sprayed with pesticides or been subjected to pollution. Also, the commercial harvesting process requires that it be done on a filed by  field basis which brings into play the idea of adulteration by other herbs that are not intended to be taken. Over the years I have found a few companies that do actual hand-harvestingand the level of adulteration is a LOT lower than others. Frontier Herbs is one of those companies, their products are a bit spendy but theyARE organic and uncontaminated with chemicals and the level of adulteration is VERY low. Their web site is: http://www.frontiercoop.com/

I hope this helps a bit. (((((Ms Crone)))))

    Brightest Blessings,
