  1. I like listening to Vin Scully.

  2. Mike Krukow and Jon Miller

  3. vin scully of the dodgers, is#1, mark grace& darren sutton, next, bob brenly and len caspar, are the best in the country, the rest are company hacks and second rate cherleaders, the guys for the pirates an rockies are pathetic as are the guys for the marlins

  4. The late and great Tom Cheek of the Toronto Blue Jays. They are all to boring now for every team. My dream is to be an announcer.

  5. Jerry Remy and Don Orsillo.  They don't blab the whole game when no one wants them to.  I hate Joe Buck.

  6. Vin Scully is to the Dodgers what Chick Hearn was to the Lakers.....

A True Legend and Hall of Famer.....

  7. John Sterling

  8. mark grace daron suton

  9. The best announcer out there is easily Vin Scully. HANDS DOWN the absolute best. The absolute worst I have heard would be those guys from the white sox games on WGN. The absolute worst I have ever heard. They do nothing but make excuses and in my opinion should be fired for their high degree of bias.

  10. Vin Scully, and whoever gets to brag that their team beat the Yankees.

In spite of my immense hate for the Yankees organisation, let's have a moment of silence for Bobby Murcer.

  11. I enjoy listening to Joe Buck and Tim McCraver, even though some people don't like them.

I've been a huge Mets fan my whole life...when I lived in NYC as a kid I loved listening to Ralph Kiner and Tim McCraver doing Mets broadcasts.

Lived in ATL too and liked Pete Van Weren and Joe Simpson....Can't stand Skip Caray...his dad was great and his son is decent but he sucks

  12. I love listening to Hall of Famer Vin Scully of the Dodgers, he's been painting pictures on the radio for over 50 years and I missed hearing him when I lived out of CA. I've learned the game's history and charm through the man.

I've watched games with friends and will describe a play just as Vinnie would, only to have him use the very same language I just did. It's eerie and its happened at least a dozen times.

  13. I love Krukow and Kuiper. John Miller and Dave Flemming (spelling????) are also very good. They all announce for the Giants, and I usually will watch the Giants over the A's because I hate the announcers for Oakland. Fosse and Glen Kuiper are the most boring announcers I have ever listened too.

  14. Joe Morgan, hands down. There's a warmth to his delivery that I love--and you can tell he adores the game, too.

  15. One of my favorite announcers recently passed away after his brave battle with cancer: Bobby Murcer. I was so deeply saddened when I first found out about his ailment almost 2 years ago. Now I have to say that in choosing, I would say Ken Singleton. His demeanor behind the microphone make him my favorite

  16. I like listening to the Angels broadcasters but sometimes they get a bit too excited...

  17. yea

    mike krukow and Duane Kuiper

  18. yea micheal kay is pretty good on yes

    edit

BALL GAME OVER YANKEES WIN THAAAAAA YANKEEEE WINNNN!

  19. there is nobody better than vin scully--and i am not a dodger fan....

  20. harry caray, joe morgan, chris berman, and Jon Miller

  21. The only team I watch is the Phillies, and I love it because Harry Kalas is the best announcer ever.  I absolutely love his voice; he could my car's manual to me and I would listen.

  22. Harry Kalas is my favorite he is the best in phillies history.
