Do you have a favorite item you like to collect?

I collect tea cups and some with saucers, along with tea pots. I have some my daughter sent me from Germany and France. My hubby collects light houses and ships. He has a large collection in his computer room.Poppy

I collect frogs, porcelain, wooden, cast iron, plush, etc. etc., and one set of two *real* frogs, stuffed and standing at an old cowboy bar (which I don't think it's even legal to buy now. I have wayyyy too many frogs.  <sigh> I am planning to Freecycle the ones I really don't like: a large gold lamé one and an even larger purple plush one.

Yes.  I like Dalmatians, ceramic Dalmatians.  I have one flesh and blood Dalmatian who is about my best friend and is my "third daughter".  I love her so much and she is so spoiled!

I have a small collection of tea pots and pretty little delicate cups and saucers. But I'm too scared to use them. LOL

I also used to collect owl figurines but gave them away when I thought we were moving interstate, (we didn't). Currently I seem to be collecting anything that has hibiscus flowers on it.

I'm shocking when it comes to ebay. I have had to stop myself going on there as I would buy literally anything if it had a hibiscus on it!!!! I also collect the live plants. I'm driving hubby mad with hibiscus at the moment and am going to join the hibiscus society.

I gotta stop before I become addicted. Hang on, maybe I already am. Oh dear!!!

I like collecting crushed pennies.  I've got some from places I've never been to!!  lol My family and friends give them to me as souveniers from their trips and things.  I've got duplicates of some of them now but that's OK.  :)  They're fun and don't take up much space in my room.... My fav one is from Bronners (the huge Christmas store in Frankenmuth, Michigan) - it's got a birthday cake on it that says "Happy Birthday Jesus".  VERY cute!!

Tea is gross - but tea cups and pots are pretty and have great designs!!

i have a small collection (about 18) of ebony elephants ,it started about 35 yrs ago ,i don't hunt (no pun intended) for them , just when one happens to come my way at garage sales,op shops etc.

(any one want to sell some?) it would be nice to have a bigger herd .

I collect a lot of dust.  When I go out for a walk to clear myself of the dust & cobwebs, I run into other collectors.  The ones with the rope annoy me...so, I start a new collection by pulling on their rope & holding them hostage for a few short minutes to see who breaks out in a sweat first.  I don't actually WANT their rope....I simply just want to UNRAVEL IT to see what it's made from.....then I walk away & leave them to hang themselves if they so choose because I already know I'm dead & it doesn't matter.  I'm having fun collecting souls...again.  I gotta get out of California.  Home sweet home.  Before I cross the line & use the rope on them MYSELF!

I have several collections, but the thing is none of them are mine.

My mother-in-law collected Franciscanwear, and my husband got that.

My son has a bunch of trophies, and no good place to display them.

My other son collected rocks, and left them behind when he went to college.

It seems I collect collections.  And dust.  I collect a lot of dust.

My most recent collection are autographed photos and ticket stubs in an album I began a few years back, of musical artists that I have seen in concert. I don't collect what nots or knick knacks. I had a few small hurricane lamps over the years but not what I would call in to collecting as some people do. :)

I'm 15, and i collect anything with SKULLS on it :-D it disturbs some ppl but i have everything, hairclips, headbands, t-shirts, belts, bracelets, necklaces, earrings, rings, shoes, socks, 1 mug, anklets, posters, cards, I had that whole skeleton that mom had when she was at med. school, but mom sold it cuz my grandma was scared of it!! I'll buy another one when i have my own place!!

Me and my brother collect Pens, we've alot of them!

I collect these jewel boxes, i love them, i have alot!!
