Do you have a frekle behind you eye ball?

i'm 55 years old went for an eye exam and was told i have a small frekle behind my left eye ball, dr. said i didn't need to worry about it. a'm i unusual or is this normal

It is relatively common.  Just like any other freckle, it warrants monitoring.  In most cases they are harmless, but occasionally turn malignant like a mole on our skin might.  Just be sure to have regular eye exams.

Honestly, I have never heard of that before.

I believed you needed sun expsoure to get freckles.
