Do you have a good idea for a gift for my new team?

I will be working with one or two aides and probably three professionals (Sped, Speech and OT) that I do not know and will be working with for the first time. I usually give some little welcome to the new year type gift like a mug or water bottle, but I would love a really good idea to get a good start for all of us.

What about a personalized bag?? I know all teachers need a bag to carry there things in.

3 little diaries, that might sound a little childish, but hey, the diaries will come in handy as they go along into the year, they have a journal to write down their thoughts on some of the cases and some of the kids they are working with, maybe include 1 apple with the books, thats always a cute idea
