  1. I think you should visit foodnetwork.com , they have a huge selection of pasta choices there, also Racheal Ray's 30 minute meals is great!

  2. I med onion

    1 green pepper

    3 to 4 cloves garlic

    1 large can tomato sauce

    1 small can tomato paste

    2 cans diced tomato's

    2 to3 Tsp Italian seasoning

    3tsp fresh basil

Dice the onion, pepper, garlic, Saute in olive oil until tender Add in the rest of the ingredients and simmer. At last min. add the fresh chopped basil.

  3. 1 large onion, chopped

    3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil

    1 tablespoon minced garlic

    1/4 cup tomato paste

    1 1/2 teaspoons salt

    1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar

    1/2 teaspoon hot sauce

    1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper

    1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning

    1/4 teaspoon dried basil leaves

2 (28-ounce) cans whole Italian plum tomatoes, with their juices

3 whole heads roasted garlic, cloves removed from peels

In a large saucepan saute the onion in the olive oil over medium-high heat until soft and lightly golden, 4 to 6 minutes. Add the minced garlic and cook, stirring, for 1 minute. Add the tomato paste, salt, balsamic vinegar, hot sauce, crushed red pepper, Italian seasoning, and basil, and cook for 1 minute. Add the tomatoes, crushing with your hands as you place them in the pan, and their juices. Stir to combine well and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to a slow simmer and cook for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add the roasted garlic cloves and stir to combine. Continue to simmer for 30 to 45 minutes longer, or until the flavors have come together.

  4. well most spaggetii sauce is made with veggies and stuf but i love making my moms favorite spegetii sauce

i usually make meatballs with it. i get beef and mix it with salt pepper, curry powder, chilli flakes and onion pieces...and role it in a ball

anyways...for the sauce, i get 2 garlic cloves and chop it into tiny pieces. i also add about 4 tsps of onion peices too. (add oil to pan efore u do anyhting) i let it cook in there for a while until its done. then, i get tomatoe paste and put it in...about 3 heaping spoon fulls. and i mix it in. i add 2 tsp of water to break it down. then i get green peppers and job it in...somettimes i also get actual tomatoes and and the juice in. for more flavor. i get 1/2 a cup or 1 cup of cheddar and matsarella cheese(together) and put it in. when i mix it, the cheese melts. it smeels really goood. then u talke it out and put parmessian on top

its a cheesy speggeti sauce and everyone in my family likes it! so delic!

im 16 and my sisters always tell me to make it when my mom cant. i think ill make it tomorow too!

ps. if u are  making meatballs, put it in while the garli and onion is cooking

  5. Italian Sausage, peppers and onions

    Tommy Mckiddy

1 Package Hillshire Farms Italian Sausage (1 pound)

1-2 onions cut into bite size chunks

1-2 bell peppers cut into bite size chunks

    2-3 Fresh ripe tomatos diced

1-2 tablespoons olive oil plus a little extra

    1 cup cooking sherry

3-6 cloves fresh garlic finely minced

    Salt and pepper to taste

    1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper

    1/2 teaspoon dried basil

    1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

    1/2 teaspoon chili powder

    Pasta of choice

    1. Heat olive oil in saute pan to medium heat. Cut sausage into bite size chunks.

    Brown sausage slightly in oil.

    2. Add onions, peppers, garlic, and seasonings. Cook for 5 minutes.

    3. Add tomatos and cooking sherry, bring to boil. Add pasta to boiling water now.

Cook over medium heat for 10 minutes while pasta cooks.

    4. After pasta cooks, drain and drizzle with a little olive oil and toss.

Plate pasta and spoon Sausage mix over it.

If you can't find the hillshire farm italian sausage, you could just use any bulk italian sausage. Just crumble it up and brown it. A good red wine could also be substituted for the sherry.
