Parlays and teaser bets are pretty difficult to win at consistently.  Anything more than two or three plays on a parlay is EXTREMELY unlikely, and is generally a good way to lose your cash.  Also consider that if you are parlaying moneyline bets on heavy favorites, the payout is still not worth too much of a risk.  I wouldn't risk more than 5% of your bets on parlays, and wouldn't do it more than once or twice per month.
