I don't mean is your full time job also your passion or hobby. Do you make money from a passtime you have outside of work? (please don't bother if you're going to answer something rude thinking you're funny.)

Thank you.

  1. I make beaded jewelry and it has been a hobby for about 8 years now and last yaer alone I made over 8000 with it.  I was out of work to be with my kids and did this as a added income to help with what my husband made.  I love it and it is so much fun.  I went to lots and lots of shows last years this years I am not doing so many but I love doing it and I just make things at nite when I am sitting around watching Tv AND stuff like that If I am not busy wtih anything else I have a area set up at home that I use but it is just fun and rewarding to me

  2. I do have a self supporting hobby. I quilt... and have an obsession for great textiles. I participate in one really well organized and patronized art and craft show a year. I make inventory for this show year round, from scraps and other purchased supplies. I have a wide variety of merchandise not only in colors and style but price range.

It does better than pay for itself. I have been doing this show for years , and have a good amount of repeat customers because they know if they want items , it is a once per year event. Many shop for themselves also for gifts.

It keeps me in fabric !! Yes I am a fabric /addict.

  3. Well, It doesn't make a great deal of proffit, but it does pay for itself and makes pin money. I make greetings cards mainly on behalf of friends and family who want a card featuring something special - ie a particular motorbike or odd sport like lacrosse which would be difficult to find on a commercial card. I also make clocks using wooden bread boards and putting the design on with a pyrograph (poker work).

  4. Well collecting video games to sell when i don't have any money.

  5. I paint murals for people as well as make beaded jewelry and sell it.

It all pretty much pays for itself. Sometimes I even come out a little ahead :0)

  6. I have a hobby that pays for itself. I'm a Demonstrator for Stampin up. I make money doing what I love then the money I make I keep if I need extra money or I'm able to buy more stuff. As a demonstrator I get 20% off and sometimes more depending on my sales and my downlines sales. I'd love to tell you more. Please dont hesitate to email me if you have any questions.
