Do you have a problem with the US flag being on a pole with a UN flag even if the US flag was on top?

I've heard about some people making a big stink over this. A lot of people don't like the UN and some are offended over seeing a US and UN flag together. Some believe in some kind of sinister conspiracy where the UN is trying to take over the world and if you have a UN flag you're part of this conspiracy and are a traitor to your country. But wait, isn't the US a member of the UN? Yes we are. So how would the flag be a symbol of treason if the US is a part of the UN? I think having the US and UN flag together is no different than having the US flag together with your state flag. As long as the US flag is on top and your pledge is to the US then there shouldn't be a problem.

It don't make a difference to my way of life man...

To me.. flags are nothing more but rags... it's the people that make it or break it.. not a flag... if people are THAT uptight about nothing more than an extremley relative symbol... then they need to smoke a few to unwind.

Now, that said, I would find it offensive if I saw a flag burning or being desecrated... but this is definitley not the case.  If some feel that their nation is that high above everything else that it can't even be flown WITH a multi-national organization's flag.... then they should join the fascist party where they belong.
