If not, the day is ruined.

Mine is grinding coffee beans and brewing a huge cup of the stuff.

  1. Hi SW!  I've got to have my cup of tea or the old brain won't work. Splashing my face with cold water's good too, and a short walk to check out the weather and collect my newspaper.

  2. Yawn, grumble, wee, f*g (for some reason this site does not like the word f a g) (which of course is a cigarette in English English) then two cups of strong milky tea..... then and only then am I able to speak coherently.

  3. Yes -I have to nurse the baby.

  4. when I get up, I use the bathroom. Then wash my hands and make a pot of coffee for my husband and a cup of tea or hot chocolate for me. Then I make hubby's lunch and the most important part of my morning ritual...

I kiss my hubby goodbye as he goes of to work and I say, "Be careful, Honey! I love you"

  5. Hitting snooze, even if I'm not tired and could easily get up!

  6. I start by reaching over at the Eyes of Satan that say 5:30 while his screachy voice screams in my ear....I smack him. 5 minutes later he does it again! This time i throw him....raise up out of my batcave, trip over everything in my room, grab some boxers and socks and head for the bathroom. Take a shower and get it as hot as possible...a few cold shots to wake me up though. stumble out of the bathroom after brushing my teeth and blowdrying my beautiful long hair. run out to my car and shortly come back after noticing i have no pants and mismated shoes. head on to work after getting completely ready and drop by Bojangles for some breakfast b4 this long and wonderful day of work... If i dont do this every mourning im a goner.

  7. As a musician.  I preach and practice working on some sort of music every single day.  It doesn't matter if it only 1 line or 1 bar of a song.  That is still progress to me.  As long as I work on something in my music.  Repetition is not boring and it teaches you on keeping momentum and consistency as a songwriter in composing music.  Sometimes I feel like I'm married to my songs and if I dont spend time with them....they will never ever grow and produce the high quality results I expect from them.   Good luck

  8. Definitely coffee while checking my email and performing my morning surf! Then, my 14 year old cocker spaniel wakes sometime during this time and we have a good, special cuddle and I give him a gentle hip massage for his aging joints and arthritis. That's a very rewarding part of my day.

  9. Coming to terms with still being stuck in the 3rd dimension  :))

  10. Going to the bathroom for the good-morning tiddle-de-diddle. I'd be in a bit of trouble if I didn't.
