Are you the caregiver of a student with special needs who is currently going through the school to post-school transition? Are you interested in sharing your experiences in regards to the transition services that have been delivered thus far? Satisfied? Unsatisfied? Have suggestions as to what can be done to make the process easier for caregivers?

My name is Natalie and I am a graduate student in Special Education at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. I am conducting a research project focused on the satisfaction of caregivers with the transition services provided for school to post-school.
