I own a Canon A720 IS that I have an Ike Lite underwater housing for.

I use the camera for both above and below surface. The housing is rated to 200 feet depth, which is probably a little deeper than you plan on using one. :)

There are underwater digital cameras at Walmart that are rated to something like 45 feet and cost about 60 bucks, if you're interested. http://www.walmart.com/catalog/product.d...

It's an older camera, 3.2 MP, but works for what I want it to do.  For now. =)
