Well, I don't have the actually "street" number (though Piazza Navona is not a street, but a square, of course), but there is only one and I can explain where it is to you.

With your back to Corso Vittorio Emanuele and the church of Sant'Agnese to your left, the tabacconist is on the right hand side, past the central fountain (the 4 Rivers Fountain). It has a few steps leading into the shop. I know it well as I used to live in that area and the previous owner's son was a classmate of mine!
