Do you have an boxed lunch ideas?

I have to start making my lunch for work because I don't have time to go out and get it during the day. Do you have any ideas for what I could make for myself that doesn't take too long to make and that holds up well since I won't be eating most of it until 1. Also ideas for snacks throughout the day would also be a big help. Healthy and cheap is best, but guilty pleasures are also appreciated.

  1. Special K chocolaty delights granola bars, only 90 calories, and taste great! Cheap too! A Lean Pocket pepperoni pizza, tastes great. Or a P.B.J.!  Plus little bites 100 calorie packs of muffins!

    Guilty Pleasures: Little Debbies Oatmeal Creme Pies, yummy! Or Gushers, a great snack.  


  2. The secret key is prepare the food ahead  at night. if its beef steak marinate it over night its easy to cook it in the morning let is simmer  while you do your stuff quickly in the morning.

    If you like pork chops.. marinate it and cook then stack it on the ref.... in the morning you can deep fry it with  egg and breading.You can cook like one kilo of pork chop for one week consumption. and just fry it  int he morning coated with your  favorite flavor of breading. If you like fish you prepare a fish fillet then deep fry it on with egg and breading too.

    For snacks... just  pack in a piece of banana. You can alternate it with  yummy chocolate cake puddings, brownies. Don't forget to bring your water. Bottled water is expensive outside.

  3. sandwich: whole-wheat bread, lettuce, and favorie lunch meat and toppings on it.

    1-2 servings of fruit

    1 serving of crackers

    and for a drink...water!!

  4. you could go and buy a futo maki from a japanese restaurant and put it in your refrigerator for the next day. Also in it is like some vegetables and other stuff, very good for you and I love it.

  6. When doing the evening meal make for one extra and pack it then to take the next day.
