Do you have one and do you like them and have you lost weight from them? How often do you like to go on them and how long for like how many minutes??

  1. I ride it all the time and i lost 10 pounds with it and eating healthier. My legs have become stronger and i can run faster too.


  2. i have one and its really painful on your legs after a minute but the first couple mins are the hardest, i go on it once a week but if you want results i say go on it 3 times a week for atleast 20 mins each day, you'll burn c**p loads of calories!!
