Do you have anny drunks in your family?

My stepfather is drunk. And its no point trying to explain him when he's trying to pick on fight. Drunks are the most ignorant people ever. And gets very violent easily. Do you also have a person who drinks in your family?

yes....my mother.  very rich drunk and very belligerant and annoying.  I don't speak to her anymore but it took me 39 years to get to that decision.  good luck

Both my mother and father were alcoholics.  My older brother used drugs (not alcohol) and was a great older brother until he became sober and started attending AA meetings.  Funny since he wasn't alcoholic.  AA has done more damage to our family that the drinking of both our parents combined.  I know AA has saved lives, but the group my brother fell into has been so abusive and dysfunctional I don't even have words.
