it looks a lot like the girl in the photo (same jacket). I don't remember her moving at the time or anything like that, so what would cause this image? also there is a big light streak, what the heck is that?

  1. if it was taken with film then it could have been double exposed. if it was a digital them I am not sure.

  2. The camera has to be set on a certain speed. There are settings to capture motion where it opens and closes so fast you can't see it. The settings lower than that open and close slower so that when someone moves slightly, you can see it anyway. I just recently went to CT on vacation with my family and my cousins and when my mom and two of my cousins took a picture, it looked all blurry and my mom's whole body was streaked. It was the camera.

  3. it's just the way the photograph was taken... she must've moved when the shutter was halfway down and then yeah... nothing ghosty, it's technology..

  4. u have 2 be a member 2 see that pic

  5.      This looks like a double exposure. Which can happen many different ways. If you were using a film media camera. (35mm film or the like) the camera may have not advanced the film properly, leaving you with half a frame in another full frame shot, could have been using a pre-exposed roll of film, or this could have happened in the printing process, 2 negatives sandwiched together as it was burning the image to the paper. The light streak could have been caused by a piece of lint on the lens, or even the mirror inside the camera (The mirror inside is always a bit touchy, it always needs to be clean). The lint could have also been on the negative during the printing process. Now, if this is an original digital shot then you've got completely different alternatives. Low light, reflections, camera movement, and the streak, well, it could be lint as well, or even a bug flying close to the lens when the picture was taken.

  6. How am I supposed to see any pic when it says I must log in? What a farce!

  7. Not a ghost, its a reflection of light (from the flash) against dust.
