  1. Well i Know that the quija board doesnt work at times, however the younger you are the more chances its gong to work the reason might be because you are more pure or because you believe more, either way i tried it when i was 12 with my sister and her friends it was the cool thing to do back in Peru lol. They would tell me all the times they did it before the coin would move by itself, so i put on a cross (lol) and whent in the room with them, it was the feekiest thing see that coin move all by itself and everyone ask them questions.

Ofcourse i told my friends and we got together and did another quija board but our didnt move however since we did it on a field where there are only cars passing by from far away we didnt experience much scariness. We did it at daytime and we finally called a famous dead person a warrior from long ago all of a sudden the wind goes away and we smell smoke, we figure is the cars passing by (they are like a block away) but then we see this smoke coming from next to us we freak out and run away....since then i have no idea where the smoke came from. it was next to us by grass?

I have used the quija board when i was in my teens too very bad idea since then i would get dark shadows in my room watchign me sleep. I am kinda used to that but sometimes they would blow wind into my face and that would freak me out....so i cleanse my room and hidd my board. Very creepy if you want to try it i dont recomemend it, if you do just rememember to close the quija board by saying goodbye the doorway is closed and take the con away from the board and keep them apart.

  2. Don't use Ouija boards.  They are evil and invite evil into your home.  My stories are not that crazy, but bad things always happened after we used them.

  3. Once when I was about 12, my parents were out of town.  My older sister..13, and I had all of our friends over at the house.  We lived in Cape Coral FL, and at the time it was a very boring place to live...not alot to do there.  One of our friends who lived a few houses down, brought a Ouija board over...

We turned out all the lights in the house, and got a small candle to light, which came in a glass cup. After a few "calls to the dead", and some finger pointing at who and who was not moving the little plastic pointer...we got bored and went to turn the lights back on......they wouldn't come on.  Then the candle blew out.....Naturally all the females got overly scared. I searched for some matches and re-lit the candle.  With the electricity off...and nothing else to do...we kept playing with it.  Someone got the idea to call Charels Manson back from the dead....ewwwww scarrrry !!....lol    Anyway....Someone said, "Charely Manson, if your with us...blow out the candle".  Just then the glass holder for the candle literally exploded, and the candle went out....everyone was completley freaked out as you can imagine at age 12....so was I !

We all ran out of the house....then we realized that all of the street lights were out.  The entire neighborhoods' electricity was out.  Anyway, we got a few flashlights out of the shed behind my house, and we got everyone to go back inside.  1 hour later the lights came back on.....when we went back into the room to gather up the Ouija board so my friend could go home...I noticed that I had actually dropped the match I used to light the candle into the side of the glass candle holder...  Apparently the flame had crawled onto the match and was too close to the glass, which is why the glass around the candle exploded "coincidentally" at the same time someone asked Charles Manson to blow it out.  I never told anyone that it was my fault, and that Charles Manson did not actually blow up the candle.  I thought it was kind of funny that everyone (including me) was soo freaked out over it and superstitious.

To this day I still here from time to time from my friends about that one time my parents were out of town, and that Charles Manson blew up the candle in my mom's bedroom....lol

I'll just let those fools keep believing it was real......That was 16 years ago.

    .........

oh yea !!!....Charles Manson is alive...lol....

I got confused..it was a long time ago....  I got my serial killers confused...I meant to say Ted Bundy.  STupiD ME!!! < :P

  4. In the 80's, my friends threw a 28th b-day party for me.  Late that night, many ppl had left and there were only 8 or 9 of us left at my friend's house.  She had an Ouija Board so we decided to drag it out.  I sat and watched them "play" with the board skeptically but knew it was all in "fun".  The 3 or 4 who were using the board at this particular moment I had never met until that night.  Someone asked it for the 1st born's names of anyone in the room who had kids.  When they got around to me, the board slowly began spelling a name.  I was thinking of my oldest living daughter's name, but was shocked when they spelled out my actual 1st born's name.  A girl that I lost while married & 8 1/2 mos. pregnant!  No one in that room had ever heard her name before, most didn't even know I'd lost my daughter before going on to have 2 healthy children!  The board also answered that the "spirit" speaking was a little boy centuries ago who was killed in a train accident.  We were all feeling sorry for him, but when they asked his name he replied "Lucifer" then "ha ha ha"!  Ever since, I wouldn't let one of those things in my house or around me or my family.

  5. Hi,

Ive never dealt with the Ouija board myself but i know of two stories i can tell you.  One is good and one is rather scarey.

When my mum was 16, she played the Ouija board with some of her friends.  They didnt call for anyone in particular instead all they asked it was if my mum would ever get married.  It told them "yes".  They then asked it who would my mum marry, and it spelt out the intials R.J.C.W.  They then asked if my mum would ever have a child and it said "yes" and lastly they asked it how old my mum would be when she had this child, it said 45.  Anyway, 26 years later my mum met my dad and they got married the year after when my mum was 43 and my dads intials are all R.J.C.W!!!!!!!!!  At 44 my mum was pregnant but lost the baby but at 45 she had me!!!!

My other story is not so nice but freaky, My aunt often played the Ouija board until a few years ago.  Now she doen't go anywhere near one.  She played it one evening on her own as she always did. She had always had a physic ability and had then recently dreamed a few times that her husband would be killed in a car crash.  She asked it if he would die soon and it typed out the word "yes".  So she asked it how and all it spelt out was "car".  She asked it then if she could prevent his death and it atfirst stayed quiet, so she asked it again and it said "yes".  She asked it how and all she got was the name of a road spelt out.  The last thing she asked it was when and it spelt the numbers 14 11 98. Her husband didnt till now believe in Ouija boards or her physic abilities but on the date of that morning she asked her husband to promise her he wouldnt go down a certain road at any point during that day or night. (She never told me the name of road). He promised her.  Well to cut it short he didnt die that day and he is still alive today but on that day around the early evening time there was a five car pile up.  Everyone walked away with just scratches and bruises, no one was killed.  It freaked her out that much that since that day and uptil now shes never touched a Ouija board again, and as for her physic abilities shes ignored her gift and nolonger uses it.

  6. I have no personal story because those things scare the poo-poo out of me, but I will tell a story that my friend Kyle shared.  He says that he and his girlfriend bought one and started fooling around with it just on a whim.  They kept getting all kinds of true answers from it and before long, they really started to rely on the thing.  Anyway, somebody in Kyle's family convinced them to stop using it, so they threw it away.  (mostly just to appease the family member--they really didn't believe that it was something to fear)  The very next morning, it was sitting on the coffee table (where they always used it).  They threw it away again.  When he came home from work, it was again sitting on the coffee table.  (he swears that this is true)  They both got REALLY freaked out and threw it away in some dumpster across town--they SWEAR that when they got back home it was sitting on the coffee table.  At that point, he said that he burned it (outside in a metal garbage can) and prayed for help from God.  It never showed up again.  True?  I don't know, but he SWEARS that he is not lying.

  7. This is to xuserx2000.....Charles Manson isn't dead; but cool story nonetheless.

  8. It wasnt me but i read a artical about this girl and her friends were playing it then the lights flickerd and then switched off then when they went back on the table and chairs that they using (to sit on and play) were scatterd across the room and the stuff they were playing with was scatterd across the room as well dont play it, it is devil stuff dont

  9. Yes, I have one that happened long time ago, when I was in college. It was with a sort of home-made Ouija. We wrote each letter of the alphabet on a card and we put the cards in a circle on the table. We used too a coin. Our fingers were pointing out the coin, but not touching it (at least, apparently). We started to ask questions and the coin started to move (apparently, as I said, nobody was touching it, just pointing it very close). As it moved, the coin pointed different letters out to compose words and sentences. Then a sort of "spirit "manifested and the thing, that started as a game, became kind of scaring. Some people left before than the Ouija experience finished. Finally the "spirit" advised us don´t repeat that again.

Whatever happened there, I don´t have a rational explanation for it. Perhaps it´s due to a phenomenon of collective hypnosis, or something similar. Perhaps it was just a joke. But we the people there were all friends, we knew well each other and I don´t think that any of us would even know how to trick the others in such a way. Although I am totally convinced that there is a natural (an not supernatural) explanation for it, I don´t know which the explanation may be. I don´t believe that Ouija is a mean for the "spirits" to communicate with the alive, but I don´t think either that it is a thing to full around with. I repeated the experience with other people. Some of them, like me, were present in the first experience. We got a "spiritual manifestation" again. After that, I decided to stay away from it. I think that the better thing to do is don´t play with Ouija. It could be dangerous and provoke obsessions, panic attacks or others disturbances to people. I don´t think that it´s just an innocent game.

  10. I have used them off and on since 1964 and have not had any bad experiences with them. My personal opinion is they are unreliable. I do not  agree with the religious demons coming through them.

See link below for another view that may explain bad experiences without putting a religious label on it.

  11. Yeah, me and a couple other dudes were messin' with it, and me and another guy went out of the room and picked a number. We went back in and the other guys asked the board what number we picked. It got it correct 4 out of 6 times, and we kind of got freaked out.

Also, the board really does move without anyone pushing it.

We stopped playing, it was too weird.
