I want to win the 1500 m event in Track and Field. can you please give me some advice about how to train and win? What preparations do I need?

  1. start jogging every morning


  2. Start running a mile and add a mile each day. Eat lots of protein and drink LOTS of water!

  3. run everyday and increase the length/time everyday

    cut out all the bad foods and toxicions

    drink alot of water

    workout your leg muscles

    if i find more ill write more  

  4. eat a pineapple

  5. go to a field with your friend and learn to take breathes when needed and put your mind into focus mode and think to yourself and say i am a winner not a quitter.
