The pumps are dry in my town which means I cant get to uni today. I dont know whether to be annoyed or grateful......

  2. yes we have plenty of it. at 4.09 a gallon it is still a hot commodity. where are you? god, that would cause riots in the states....

    No, we have plenty of gas.  Its 4.10 a gallon.

    As king midas with the golden touch and withered hands.

    Who touch everything in life with 30% equity rights on non-existence rights of tribe of original descendant into gold.

  9. No we still have fuel around here, though I don't own a car... not to put a damper on it but can't you take public transport/ride a bike in?

  10. $136.00/bbl from OPEC and we sell wheat to them at $7.00/bushel - Raise the wheat to $136.00/bu and when they complain, they can eat their oil on a camel burger.

  11. I'm in the UK and i know what you mean. I filled up at a Shell garage in Birmingham and it was empty, not of fuel but of people. Everythings just running like normal here, no shortages at all.

  13. I easily got some diesel yesterday morning, here in west London. For all you Americans here, there are fuel strikes in the UK and many people are panic buying

  14. Still OK here, on Saturday I took a wrong turn, think I was still in Sussex but it could have been Kent and I found a garage at £1.59.9 a litre.

  15. East Yorkshire has plenty and the petrol stations are being filled daily from tankers

  16. our sainsburys has been out of diesel and unleaded for 4 days and the tesco out of diesel. i didn't panic buy, if i can't get fuel, f**k it, i stay in, stoopid next door neighbour who is about 167 yrs old filled her tank up and she does at 10 miles a week to the garden centre and sainsburys ffs !  xx

  17. We don't have shortages or queues here - middle England.

    For the US people our petrol is £4.17 - approx $9 per US gallon! We envy you.

  19. suffering in the south west but my cars in the garage so i cant drive it if i wanted to! its crazy how everyone goes mad for petrol. whats the worst that can happen - oh no - cant get to work - d**n!
