SO yeah i want to lose weight

here's the deal

i used too weight 260 and i'm 17 years old (male)

so this summer i lost 25 pounds, and now i think i am in 240 and i want to LOSE MOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOORE !!!!!

you get me right

  1. East 5 times a dayb (3 meals, 2 snacks)  2-3 hrs apart

    Drink alot of water

    Dont consure soda, coffee, sugary sweets, or junk food of any type!

    Finish your last meal by 8pm each night

    Eat breakfast each morning within 30 min. of waking up!

    The key is to eat balanced meals, take a plate - 1 quarter should be lean protein, 1 quarter should be quality carbs like oatmeal, whole wheat bread, brown rice, baked potato etc and 2 quarters should contain veggies or in the morning fruit.  Also make sure your using quality oils to supplement your meal.  Cook withy Olive Oil or Coconut Oil, Put Avacado on your salad, eat small amunts of Cheese, etc.

    This is a way to eat balanced meals and get the right ratio of protein to carbs and fat.  If you can do this for a sustained amount of time without CHEATING! you will lose lbs.  The key is to keep this up for three months or so.

  3. I'm 17 as well, i know how your feeling I use to be 200 pounds too, When I was 15 I lost 75 pounds. THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS A DIET. Its portion that matters, eat less and workout!!!! I promise you will lose weight.
