Do you have any good outdoor winter games|activities for a Polar Prowl?

We're having a Mini Polar Prowl with Cub Scouts, and I need some ideas for outdoor games or activities. Any ideas?

play football with all the snow clothing (hats, gloves, pants, coat) and or soccer i have done it its a blast

Are you able to partner with a Boy Scout troop or Venturing Crew and do some winter camping demonstrations?

Some troops build showshoes, perhaps you could borrow some and have the boys try them out.

Snow sculpture?

Tubing/sledding/x-country or Nordic skiing?

Make igloos

Find animal tracks

Make tracks like animals

Hopefully you have as much snow as we do.

Divide them up into groups let them build forts and have snow ball fights.

Hook the kids up to be sled dogs.
