Steve Howe grew up down the road from me here in Pontiac Michigan. Yeah, I know....kinda pathetic. He is known for all the wrong reasons.

    For starters, Willie Randolph, Phil Rizzuto, Lee Mazzilli, Rich Aruillia, Shawon Dunston (went to my high school), John Cangelosi, John Franco, Joe Torre, Joe Pepitone.

    And if you talk about New York City as a whole......the list is far too long.

Not a major star, I know, but Craig Counsell is from the Milwaukee area and was a key player when Florida won the world series last.  He is now playing for the Brewers who are in a prime position to make the playoffs for the first time in WAY TOO LONG.  This team is built for the playoffs, we are in a tough division right now - Cubs, Cards...
