We had a NASCAR "theme'd" litter of puppies a while back:

Tallie - Talladega

Pocono

Fontana

Bristol

I think the only one that "stuck" has been Tallie.

I have a grey and white cat named Smoke, he was born right before we went to the Busch race at Darlington last year, and my wife became a fan of Tony's. Well when it became time to name the cat we called him Smoke.

One of my dogs name is Smoke. He even has a bit of an attitude about certain things. :)  My other dogs name is Bristol.

We also have a closet full of Nascar shirts and jackets and a room full of Nascar things, die casts, pictures, schedules, a lot of bar signs and many totes full of other things. I even have an unopened burlap bag of peanuts in the shell from the Inagural Brickyard race. Didn't want to open them because the Logo of that race is also on the bag inside the burlap bag. Forgot, We also have all the Coca Cola Semis from Speedway that come out every year. There's more too. =o`)

and we used to have a black cat that ran around our neighborhood and would sneak up on ya when you least expected it.... we called him "the intimidator!" haha

My male cat is: Kasey, we got him on a sunday when Kasey Kahne won in 06.

Currently I have a cat named India but we call her Indy most of the time & my mom has a cat named DJ after, guess who, Dale Jarrett.

In the past I have had cats named Phoenix (because there's a  race in Phoenix), Bristol, & Dodge (because Rusty drove a dodge) & my grandfather had a dog I jokingly named Rusty, unjokingly he liked it & kept it.

That's it for now. Though I'm sure that some of my future pets will have NA SCAR related names.

I have 2 black german shepherds and no they are not named after anything to do with nascar.  But if I had to tame them after things to do with nascar; my male would be called the Intimidator and my female would be called Eldora.
