  1. If it's that extreme, get a plexiglass divider.

    "What?  I can't hear you!"...

  2. tell them you are being distracted by this and if it doesn't stop you can look for another ride.

  3. Tell her the reason your driving so fast..

So that you can rush home to feed her flying monkeys!

  4. This has been a life long issue with my mom.  Now that she is in her 80's it is worse than ever.  Even when she is wrong, she won't quit.  When it is extreme, I don't think people can stop themselves, it is a psychological condition.  The only time my mom stops is when I'm un-civil with her.  When that happens she will be quiet for about 15 minutes, then resume her "advice" as if nothing has happened.

  5. lock up the brakes at speed and let them taste the back of the seat...

    that's how i roll

  6. tell them that if they want to ride in your car anymore that they have to shut up

  7. Be quite or walk !!!!!!!!!!!!!

  8. I am the backseat driver...especially when someone else, like my husband is driving MY car.  he is way more rough on it than I am.  He treats my car like its his sports car and it drives me crazy.  I try not to say anything anymore unless he is oblivious to what he is doing because when he crashes it will just be another "I told you so" on my side :)
