I am having a really hard time. I've gained 20 lbs in the past year, and I want to get rid of it!! BUT, while I want to, I just can't keep my motivation going past a few days. I think I am one of those people who needs results NOW to see that it is really working, you know? And when I don't see results fast I feel like what I'm doing is worthless. But I also know that losing weight really fast is not healthy and it likely won't stay off. Do you have any suggestions for me? Books, tips, websites, whatever! I would greatly appreciate any advice you may have to offer.
