ummm if you're a guy with short hair...just do whatever the h**l looks alright. for girls you gotta do layers n stuff n cut it even all around.  with that said, if ur a girl, i would get it done @ a salon lol.

no don't do that, cutting your own hair? just go in the parlor to have a new hairstyle....

Ahhhhh yeah ....

Here's my advice ....

DON'T do that!  What does a haircut cost?  Honest, you can get a pretty decent cut for, like, 13 or 14 bucks!
