  4. Run more than a mile every day and then after awhile start running a very fast mile one day thent he next day run 3 miles and keep alternating or 1 mile  2 mile 3 mile

  5. I am assuming you are new to running. Go to a track and run a few laps easy (maybe wear some sweats to help you warm up) and then take some time to strech or do some little strength drills.

    Then run (not an easy) one lap relaxed, walk half a lap, and run the last half of the lap relatively hard.

    Walk the half next lap and sprint the last 200 again.

    Then run a full lap and do the same thing about three or four more times.

    If yuo have access to a steep hill you should sprint up the hill and walk down to get used to carrying your body.

    This should help, I really need more details. I can help you more I just don't know if you are in school or are middle aged, are running for fun or running for a club..

  6. Running is a very simple thing. The problem is people try to make it complicated. The best advice I can give you is run twice as long as the race you intend on compeating in. so for you, I recommend running 2 miles every day.
