  1. Sesame Street!

Here are some videos...sing these songs all the time and print off the images of the counted bells for review all the time.

  2. 10 in the bed using a number line. While singing the song, point to the numbers. I hope you know the song.

There were 10 in the bed and the little one said, roll over, roll over then they all rolled over and one fell out now there's 9 in the bed and the little one said......

  3. -Draw sqaures with chalk on your sidewalk (hopscotch style only a straight line) -Number them -then practice counting up the line as you step on each one and then working back in reverse. Worked well with my daughter and niece. My son loves "The OREO Cookie Counting Book" by Sarah Albee. He also thinks it is lots of fun to count out M&M's then count backwards as he eats them one by one.

  4. count putting object into a cup then take out one by one backwards

  5. What about always "counting down"? Like, "Ok, we're going to eat dinner in 10 seconds - 10, 9, 8, 7...."  My boys count down very well for their age, but it's because they're really into outer space, and the "space shuttle countdowns". But, you could make anything and everything a countdown, kids will start counting along, and eventually be able to do it with you.

And, of course, there's always "99 Bottles of Beer on the Wall"...

  6. Ummmm...

Try noggin' (channel 45 for me)
