  1. This answer came straight from Yahoo Answers and worked for me when I posted this during my first trimester.

Lemonade.  I thought that the answerer was out of her mind as I figured it would be too acidic.

Nope, I drank an icy cold glass of lemonade with ice in the morning.  It greatly reduced my morning sickness.

  2. I feel your pain. I had morning sickness for 5 months and nothing really seemed to help. It is so hard to want to celebrate being pregnant when you feel so awful.

I think different things work for different people. But what worked for me was eating sugary candy. Sound horrible, but if I ate Startburst candies or chewed sour gum it seemed to help.

  3. My only cure was Zofran during the day and Phenergen at night along with frequent snacking and lots of ice water.

  4. My doctor told me to always have a bag of carrots with me which I could eat anytime I started feeling sick.  It worked for me not sure if other woman tried it or what their results would be.

  5. peppermint in the form of mint always work for me when pregnant now i use it when my IBS flares up. you know those little white ones with the red stripes.

  6. With my first, a pinch of salt directly on the tongue would help sometimes... but this time around... honey I feel awful, I've tried all of the above plus the Unisom and nothing is working. I have ALL-Day sickness. From the time I wake up to the time I go to bed, and I vomit 5 -6 times throughout the day. I was told today by my nurse-midwife to try the BRAT diet, Banannas, rice, applesauce and toast, so we'll see how that turns out!
