Do you have direct tv please help me or I am loss please please?

Ok this is what I did I turn off the box to see if it works alone the tv II havent do that before I changed the chanel I dindt see what chanel was before Now I turn on the cable but I Cant use it

what should I do

its either ch 3 or 4. Set it to 2 of these and then use your tv remote to adjust video , 2, etc until you see picture, if not on 3, then do same on ch 4.

It depends on what kind of TV you have and what kind of connection you are using.

A coaxial connection will show the DirecTV picture on channel 3 or 4. Anything else will show up on a special channel dependant on your TV.

If you push the channel down button to channel 2, then push it one more time, what channel does it give you? Is it anything OTHER than a plain number (such as an INPUT or AV channel)? If so, does it show your DirecTV? If it doesn't, keep going down in channels until you reach regular numbers again. If that doesn't help, look for an INPUT or AV or VIDEO button. Try pressing that until your DirecTV comes on.

One of those combos should get you the picture back =)
