Do you have experience shipping by Endicia, or US postal services?

Question

I am expecting a parcel from US and I see in my mail box that they attempted to deliver the mail, i am not sure if they attempted to my home or to thelocal post office... Do you know how things works with company. I start to worry because I dont want my parcel to return.

Of course i can only contact their call center in US and i am really worried right now.

If I remember correctly, my friend said she had to go to the post office to pick up a package I sent her.  Good luck!

I'm guessing the package was shipped to Paris via some trackable service!( Or you wouldn't have know it was attempted) If it was sent by USPS, than their 1-800 number can only give you what info your local Post Office has provided. Here in the US it is common for Parcels to sit only for customers to claim they didn't get a notice.(I won't dispute that sometimes I think the carriers just forget to leave one)  My point is you should call or go directly to your Local Post Office and see if its there before they return it. IF the Email you got has a tracking Number, go to USPS.COM and track it to verify were it was attempted. Copy or print this info and give to your local PO to assist them in locating this parcel. To my knowledge The US and France has a fair mailing relation -ship so I hope this works out for you.
