    (kinda odd question.... for volleyball!!!!

  3. absolutely no flat feet are acceptable, even from the server. you should be in ready position, which is knees bent, hands out to the side, and up on your toes. you can shift weight from side to side as well. i find that flat feet leave you stumbling after the ball and letting it hit the floor. when serving, you should rock back on your heels, then toss the ball up, take your steps, make contact with the ball, stop your swing reaching way up high, and drag the same leg as the hand you hit with up. so if you hit right handed then you should drag you right foot up and same for left. hope this helps!!!!

  6. Yeah, I do. If they're hurting your game,  get some arch supports. They help a bunch.
