Do you have idea about office documentation ( filing ) of bridges and roads drawings??.

Not sure if you mean about the order or the way to file them;

Order by plan/drawing number in a drawing drop filer. I usually group them either by date or project. For all your other documents that pertain to the drawings, ensure they have the plan/drawing number on them.
