  1. I have recently started being able to deal with my mood swings by basically trying to live a healthier lifestyle.

I have cut down on drinking, I am learning how to cook healthier food, and I'm getting out and walking once a day.

I have found that when I started doing this, I felt better about myself. I felt more capable of handling the things in life that make my moods go up and down.

I also cut out caffeine. You don't have to cut everything out entirely, but just cut down a little and try living a healthier lifestyle even for just a few weeks and see how you feel.

For me, it made me less depressed, gave me more energy, and gave me something else to be excited about and focused on. Walking really does help reduce stress - so when little events in life pop up that you would normally feel stressed out about, you might feel like you are more able to handle the situation.

I still have mood swings but I am now better able to handle them when they come on because I feel less stressed out.

  4. i'm thirteen and i'm undergoing puberty. in fact, all teens my age are undergoing it...and at times we have cramps, pimples and headaches, which builds up our anger. sometimes our parents don't really understand us and they act as if they thought they're the ones who suffer more than us...it isn't cool. they just tell us to go for anger management. in this situation, we argue with our parents and so we get lots of moodswings...just relax and be positive more often. live, laugh, love and get over with it...
