Sir,

   Iam working in institution since 10 year, I have registered my PhD in part time at one University seven year back with NOC from technical institution by fulling all the college work but the istitution made in separate condition that i have work 1 year after complition of PhD.Usally NO OBJECTION will be given as for as the number of years of service or withoutt any intention.

I didnot complte PhD within stipulated time of 6 years, then  I requested University to extend the time period of last one moreyear 1, otherwise I am disqualified,but the university did not ask any NOC form the institution.

Question 1. Can the isntitution(employer) say that I suppose not resign till the completion of PhD?

Question 2. Can I resign the institution after 6 years,bcz 7th year university did not enquired any NOC form institution?

Question 3.Can an institution create an post ojection condition such after complition of PhD you have to work?

Question 4. Can an institution cut increament till the complition of PhD?

Question 5.Can an institution aks confidentional PhD thesis before award?

Question 6. Can instutution give promotion based on condition like after this promotion you have to serve 1year or two year.Who knows about future?

 Question 7. Can an institution creat financial support with condition that you have stay for 1 or 2 two year after the completion of institutionall project.

Question 8. Can an institution create internal condition for higher level university request stating NOC for PhD registered can candidate.

I have regined that institutionafter 6 years 5 monthsof with three month notice before complition of PhD, bcz of mental tension.Again the intitution suggested me to go on line, i request lien and in that lien letter it is mentione by HOD and Director that I have complted all college related work and taken NO DUE certificate,but the intitution get reversed that I have not taken relieing letter.Please suggest me what to do?

Question 11. Can I say college also benified, bcz i have taught different student as well as young faculty in connection with research and taken as co-authors for my published work along with guides.For my research govt and private funding agencicy given me meritorious final support. will this make name and fame to the college. My final question with about 10% financial support will equal to my research publication?
