  1. Star for the beautiful question dear,we are all Human

  2. I respect all faiths even if I don't agree with their beliefs.

  3. Muslims - My very good friend is one

    Christian -I'm one, Catholic really

Jews - my Uncle is one

Buddhists - they have a pretty temple in town and our Chinese foreign exchange student is one.

Hindus - don't know any personally, but they seen a very devote people

We are people living on the same planet and should have respect and consideration for one another.

  4. Muslims: Very devoted to their faith, and unfortunately very misunderstood in the West. I like how the Quran orders respect for Jews and Christians for being believers, too. Makes sense. I love how giving to charity is actually a requirement for Muslims who do not live in poverty.

Christians: Many Christians in my city are very involved with charity work. The soup kitchen I volunteer at (and the one I used to eat at when I was on the streets) is run by a quirky, bubbly, friendly Christian couple who spend many, many hours to help people for no money in return. And most really do try be loving and forgiving.

Jews: Well, I've never met a Jew I didn't like! That's pretty amazing. And I like how they don't believe in h**l.

Buddhists: A peaceful religion that encourages open mindedness and education? Where can you go wrong?*

Hindus: Such a complex, awesome, laid-back religion. It's more of a cultural thing. And there are no set rules or anything. Just be a good person. Isn't that all we should aim for anyway?*

*Note: For Hindus and many Buddhists, I think the idea of karma is very logical and fair.

You get bad eggs in every religion and culture, as always, but I think the good outweighs the bad.

Edit: Shame on you people who are giving negative answers. This is a sincere question. Try to open your minds once in a while. It won't kill you.

  5. Muslims- God loves them

Christians- God loves them and they believe it

    Jews- God loves them

    Buddhists- God loves them

    hindus- God loves them

    How's that for good spirit?

    God Bless

  6. MUSLIM- Koran- the undisputed book holders

Christians- Miss guided people by some strange belief

Jews- the most of the messenger from, once the most loved people for Allah.

Buddhists-  May be a corrupted belief of a messenger

Hindus- an old religion with much contradictions and High voltage drama.

  7. Muslims...I don't know any.

Christians...well, I like Catholics, and others who are "normal" human beings.

    Jewish, I like just fine

Buddhist, don't know any but if I wasn't non 'religious' I'd probably most fit in with them

Hindu, they are fine like anyone else.

  8. Good thing about Muslims: I like their symbol. It's not as barbaric as the cross since it doesn't have anyone nailed to it.

Good thing about Christianity: It's not Islam.

Good thing about Judaism: It's neither Christianity nor Islam. Most Jews don't try and shove their religion down other people's throats.

  9. DEISTS AND PANTHEISTS: Maybe not the most harassed, but your beliefs tend to be very misunderstood. I find your beliefs very similar to my own in some ways and I've learned a lot from trying to understand them better. There is no dogma and no religion, per say, but those of you I know are just super.

MUSLIMS: You get a bad rap here in the US. I know you are not all like the terrorists and that many of you find their actions just as deplorable as the rest of us. I hope people come to understand that the actions of the few don't reflect the mindset of the whole.

CHRISTIANS: My entire family and many of my friend on this journey of life have been Christians. I was once one myself. While I do not subscribe to those beliefs anymore, there are many great people who do, and whom I hold very dear to my heart.

JEWS: I find it very admirable that you do not proselytize others or try to guilt people into your belief. Jews I have known do not believe this is right and would never try to make someone else believe what they believe and not only that, but they seem to respect other beliefs no matter how diverse from their own. I appreciate and admire that.

BUDDHISTS: I find your Zen philosophies to be of great benefit in my life. I'm not Buddhist myself, but my thoughts are very much in line with some of the more spiritual and peaceful philosophies. I am grateful that these things have been preserved over the millennia so that we can still benefit today.

HINDUS: Much like Buddhism, there is an overwhelming sense of peace and satisfaction amongst you. I find your culture interesting and hope to learn more about it as time goes by.

PAGANS: Some of the most interesting souls. I admire your respect for "mother earth" and your enticing and diverse beliefs and practices. You remain unique, yet true to yourself, even through much misunderstanding and criticism. Way to go.

AGNOSTICS: I have met some of the most interesting and stimulating people who turned out to be Agnostic. Coincidence or not, I really do adore all the agnostics I know.

ATHEISTS: I didn't really know how many exceptional atheists there were out there until fairly recently. You are the, often silent, givers and humanitarians. So many of you are quite intelligent and informed and have assisted me in my journey to learn more. I have met many great, understanding and caring atheists whom I may have never known had it not been for stumbling upon R&S over a year ago.

My life and understanding of it is richer for having met you, as well as many other great people from all beliefs, here on R&S.

  10. I am a Muslim and in the qu'ran it doesn't speak just of muslims but also christians and jewish people so i feel that every religion has the same meaning but a different story

  11. Muslims: Ramadan Kareem : )

Christians: I love Jesus too and I believe that he was a great prophet, a messenger of God.

Jews: Let's live in peace again, like the last 1400 years till 1917.

Buddhists: I dont believe in what you believe, but I like the spiritial depth of your thoughts.

Hindus: I had many Hindu friends and work colleagues over the years.

  12. Muslims- Middle Eastern Food rocks!

Christians- Thanks for all the days off!  Love that X-Mas break!

    Jews- Best tax lawyers EVER

    Buddhists- Peace!

    hindus- Indian chicks are hot.

Scientologists-...   nothing nice to say to you- I'll just say nothing.

    and finally

Pagans- your tolerance of others is an example many should observe and learn from

  13. Muslims, you are committed. And I am not talking about the extremist terrorists. Almost all Muslims I have met are solid Muslims.

Christians (the real and compassionate ones), you do well. You truly try to do the work of God. Continue on with your helping the needy and helping the lost. You compassionate ones are the real Christians.

Jews, continue your traditions. Jews have wonderful traditions enriched in history and are normally very tolerant of other people.

Buddhists and Hindus, I admire the peace you carry. You always seem to be at peace and difficult to lose your temper.

And all the rest, try to follow through like the true followers I mentioned.

  14. no.

    And i probably never will.

  15. This is a cool question. Yay love and good spirit in R&S! ;-)

Muslims: They are VERY devoted to their beliefs.

Christians: I like the thoughts about love and forgiveness.

Jews: Their culture and tradition is fascinating, and quite special.

Buddhists: They seem to be in touch with themselves in quite a unique way.

Hindus: Their gods are interesting to read about, and very diverse.

Pagans: They seem to be incredibly respectful of others.

  16. I suppose its just a coincidence that you didnt capitilize "Hindus" and put them last. LOL. Even in your transparent attempt to portray "tolerance" in the worlds most intolerant community (Islam), you still couldnt avoid the hatred breed into you.

EDIT: So you dont deny it right? Swear to Allah that it wasnt intentional. Its not against Islam to swear to Allah.

  17. Muslims- The Muslims I know are quiet gentle and peaceful people.

Christians- Christians, I would say that they do try to help people. There are a lot of Charity groups that help feed and cloth people in need.

Jews- I get along well with the Jewish people. IDK I guess I can understand them. I find Kabbalah very interesting and it just seems to make a lot of sense to me.

Buddhists- The Buddhist, kind peaceful, wise people.

Hindus- The Hindus I really don't know anything about, not at this time anyway.

or any other people u would like to say good thing about

Other groups like- Wiccan's and others. Lovers of nature and connected to all life.

  18. They all stick together. Meaning they stand up for what they believe. You have to respect that.

  19. I like anyone who is sincerely trying to live their religion.

  20. Muslims)No.

Christians) I like the way they let me continue living despite outnumbering me 11 to 1.I also appreciate the relative infrequency of Christian suicide bombings.

Jews)I appreciate their work towards population control in the middle east and their sensible resistance to Islam.

Buddhists)I like the way they're not destroying mosques.

Hindus)Again, sensible resistance to Islam. And I like those colorfull dresses.

  21. Muslims

    Jews

    Buddhists

    and

    Hindus

Don't get in your face with their self righteous evangalising.

  22. I have friends and associates in all these groups.

They are all people just like everyone else is here.

Understanding and taking the time to learn about others builds bridges.

My nice thing to say about all of them?

Thanks for taking the time to explain to me what you are about and thanks for respecting that my ideas are different, and that we can still get along.

  23. Jews are smart and sweet..

    Christians are correct..

  24. I have something nice to say about mostly anybody regardless of their beliefs, disbeliefs, likes dislikes, and so on.

Everyone deserves a compliment everyone deserves warmth and kindness.

  25. Sure.  Buddhists never come knocking at my door or put ads on TV to try to recruit me.
