The subscriber/caller or Customer Service Officer (CSO)?2) What would you do if you were in the very situation?3) Why this ‘kind of person’, always use ‘I sue you’ to threaten the other party even if they have no cause of action or only got super tiny problem to be brought in court? I don’t think any lawyer willing to represent the caller. Stupid case. 4) Why did this ‘kind of person’ humiliating others as not competitive in English and having low educational background? I heard the caller/subscriber herself said “What are you talkâ€Â. Is that good English? And her accent too, very bad! Amma!I use the phrase “this kind of person†to avoid being alleged as racist.
