  1. Practice on your trampoline.

Do bridges constantly, never bend your elbows.

If you need a spotter, keep it that way.

Ask your coach to spot you, and once he/she feels like your ready, then you can do it by yourself.

Dont just lose a spotter because your determined, you have to be ready.

  2. Stay tight, I know you probably hear this a lot ,but it really works. also make sure to get a lot of power from when your sitting (in chair position) and throwing it really hard. A bhs is scary cause you don't see your hands or where your going till your hands touch the floor in handstand position. the more you do , the less you'll be afraid to do that blind landing. Also remeber to really snap down, you should be rebounding with power. First try your back handsprings on an inclined mat, than on the tramp. Keep on practicing, bhs aren't a skill that is learned really quickly it takes confidence to do alone.

  3. keep your arms tucked in and try not to keep your legs from spread to far apart

and don't push it to hard that could causes you to pick up some bad habits
