i go there all the time. they check your ID at the door, but because the place is also a restaurant i'm sure they'd let you eat there (without hookah, of course). when my friends and i used to go before we were all 18, they would let my underage friends sit at the table with us but they'd monitor it. i love Kan Zaman! :)
