  1. Use a double broiler or if you want a quick solution, just add a little bit of oil to your chocolate, place in microwave, melt on the lowest temperature mixing every minute or so preventing burning the chocolate.

  2. The quick way is to take your chocolate bars, but them in a zip lock baggie (do NOT zip it closed or it will explode) and put that in boiling water.  You do not need to add anything.  Watch the chocolate melt, because it will burn.

If you microwave chocolate, it will almost always burn.

  3. Well if you wanna put anything like nuts and stuff in your chocolate is entirely up to you.

To melt chocolate, you have to have two pots that are able to fit within each other, have the outer pot filled with water with the fire on, and have the chocolate in the inside pot, when the water slowly boils it should melt your chocolate.

if you want to shape the chocolate you should have the moldings that you like that you can buy from any market or walmart.

Pour the melted chocolate into the moldings and let cool, and then volla! you have shaped chocolate

:-) if you like nuts i suggest almonds in the chocolate, whether it be chopped, crushed or whole :-)

    bon apeitte!
