I would check their terms and conditions on their website.  From what I recall as long as your 13 or 14 years of age or older your allowed to.  This is the terms of most Telecom outlets in Canada and U.S.

Although your parents may have to sign to approve access.

You must be 18 yrs or older. At the time of install the technician will Ask for two forms of i.d. of the acct. holder and he will NOT NOT enter the home unless someone over the age of 18 is present...
