I would F'n hope so...My god, what else do illegal immigrants want these days?!?

This melting pot is full and about to boil over. This isn't the glory days, when ma and pa sailed over from Europe to colonize the U.S.

Heck, we had to kill off the Indians to even make it this far.

Have a job, pay taxes, invest a portion of your earnings in various risk level investments, and hope you get some money back, instead of losing it all in this crappy economy that George Dubya has neglected for about 8 years.

You should have to be. I don't know the laws, but if you're making money here, you better hope your @ss is legal. That's a stupid question to ask anyway. Evidently you don't have to be legal to surf the internet and buy new computers and c**p so who knows. In this country you probably can have a d*mn 401K. Seems like we cater to everyone BUT legal people in this country anymore.

All you will need is a valid Social Security #, not necessarily be legal (there are people that overstayed their visas and were able to secure SSN) but tax ID # or TIN will not be sufficient.

Actually, this TIN or tax id number is a way of tracking wages you (the tax id number holder) earn with someone else's real Social Security number and if caught this is considered to be a Federal Offense. And the actual person who will benefit from this is the individual with the True Identity of the Social Security #. Your Best bet would be to play a Lottery ticket.
