Do you have to be a member of a trampoline club to take part in competitions?

I take trampolining lessons and train for an hour each week, i am working on level 12 at the moment and i would like to take part in competitions. But the place where i take coaching isn't a club and it's just me who wants to go to competitions so can anyone give me any information?

  1. you really need to go to a club who go to comps as how else can you know what moves are required and get coached by people who know how to teach them

  3. It depends on who is sponsoring the competition. However many competitions will allow you to enter "unattached". That means without being a member of a team or a club. When you fill out your entry form, try putting "unattached" in the blank that asks you what team or club you are competing for. Some competitions may accept your entry and some may not. Obviously it is easier to compete if you are on a team or at least in a trampoline club but you can often enter unattached. It is worth a try.
