  1. 16 years of age or over. Many petrol stations have signs attached to the pumps stating this.. 16 is the age you're allowed to ride a moped so 16 is the age you're allowed to draw fuel. Fact...

I assume you're in the UK??

Several petrol stations around my area (North Wales) have signs, they mainly seem to be Tesco and BP stations.

The easiest thing to do is either ask a police officer/call your local police station, or ask the staff members in your local petrol station.

    Hope this helps?

  2. UK law states that you have to be16 years of age.
