  1. You dont have to be tall or buff,

    but if you're bigger it usually helps, especailly with goaley,

    im not sure where shorter pplayers usually play.


  2. No, you don't.  I've seen some really small lacrosse players playing attack.

    Haha, big goalies are actually worst usually because they are slower. Most people think they would be better cause they block most the goal(yeah right he would have to be 6 ft wide) but it is not true. Not to say that bigger goalies can't be good.

    Anyway, size does not matter. Stick skills and dedication are way bigger factors than size. My friend and i are both 5'6" and are the two best players on our team, he plays attack and I play goalie. Your size really only helps if you drive in and just want to push people around. It is a lot cooler to watch when you see the smaller guys dodging around and burning everyone. My friend was the lead scorer on my team and scored 8 goals in 3 games. And even Mikey Powell is a small guy and he is one of, if not the, most dominant player in the MLL.
