  1. In Wisconsin where I live they now have everyone going on-line to book appointments.... Boy that sure as heck sucks, because with all the "smaller" town DMV's closed you gotta travel quite far .....

It also took us over 3 months of going on-line everyday every few hours just to find an opining for our daughter to go in to take the road test!!!! The school was a little mad because we had to take her out for her appointment....

It was never that bad when I was a kid!!! My cousin in Michigan went through the same c**p.......... so I don't know if they are all the same or if each state is different??!!

  2. Most places in the US you just show up and go when your name is called.

You still might wind up waiting two months though.  Bring a book.

  3. Just show up with all of the necessary paperwork and take the test, best time is early in the morning and the wait is less than 1 hour.

  4. differnt in every state its not a usa licence..call or go on website to find out...my state virginia you just walk in and take it...when i was in new york the apointment was 2 to 3 months,,,[ ny bites ] go to your statedmv   [ex mine is VADMV]
