Do you have to buy a baseball ticket for an infant?

I want to take my husband and our 2 kids to a baseball game for fathers day, but i have a 5 month old, do i have to buy a ticket for her too??

we just sit in the bleachers..

  1. probably dont have to but are you sure you want to bring an infant to a ball game? It will be really loud and infants have sensitive ears and could possibly hurt her hearing.

  3. No. Depending on the stadium it goes by age or height, usually either under 2 years and/or under 30 inches you don't need a seat.

  5. you shouldn't. we didn't when we took our son at 9 mos. Check the ball fields website. Be sure to take lots of liquids for your baby. it gets so hot out there. We ended up just walking around so our son wasn't out in the sun.

  7. Generally speaking kids under 2 are free.  Check with the stadium when you buy the tickets to be sure though.  And remember to watch out for flying baseballs LOL

  8. Nope, a child that young is considered a "lap seat'.
